Specifics of the role include –
- Provide technical Pensions Administration services to a portfolio of clients, building relationships and delivering excellent service levels.
- Handle new scheme entrants, retirements, transfers and deaths
- Performing both manual and automated system calculations.
- Handling queries from HMRC and DWP.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business who deliver payroll, IT and consultancy support.
- Assist the with team with project related work, including bulk mailshots to scheme members.
- Produce standard client documentation, including letters, change of address and scheme change forms.
