Specifics of the role include –
- Support the Administration Manager with the day to day management of the team, workflow and client service delivery.
- Provide technical Pensions Administration services to a portfolio of DC clients, act as a point of contact and develop a strong partnership. Perform manual calculations when needed and handle complex queries.
- Supervise the management of the teams performance, ensuring client targets are met and any team requirements or improvements are actioned.
- Help identify training needs and assist with the training of new members of staff and more junior members of the team. Help mentor and develop their knowledge and understanding.
- Assist with team appraisals, recruitment of new members of staff and support the team manager improve the team and performance levels.
- Check and authorise other team member’s work.
- Undertake project management work
- When required take part in marketing, new business activities and client meetings.
