Maidstone - £32,000 + package
An expanding Financial Advisory firm who have won numerous industry awards are looking to recruit a technical financial services administrator to support their financial advisory & wealth management team.
Working in a friendly stable office environment this key role will encompass a range of client servicing, technical administration and support duties. Specifics of the role include –
- Supporting consultants with the preparation of meeting packs, illustrations, valuations and notes.
- Processing fund switches, transfers, withdrawals, and money movements.
- Acting as a point of contact for client enquiries, handling requests and providing information.
- Liaising with third parties, processing new business, collating existing plan information, and requesting information.
- Prepare annual reviews letters.
- Providing technical support to paraplanners and advisors as required.
- Maintain all client and company records, administration and documentation.
To apply for the position, you should ideally have previous IFA experience, however wider financial services experience from pension administration, SIPP & SSAS or retail investments maybe considered.
