London – up to £65,000 depending on experience.
A highly successful London Wealth Management firm who specialize in providing advice to high earning professionals are looking to recruit an Assistant Financial Planner. This role provides technical support to the Financial Planning Team and is the heartbeat of the company. The role can provide a route into advice if desired and the company are fully supportive of career development and qualification sponsorship.
Duties in technical support will include -
- Manage technical analysis, reports, strategy and recommendations concerning client’s portfolio and products.
- Evaluate pension and retirement strategy and make recommendations.
- Assist with the drafting of all client reports, attend client meetings with advisor and assist with technical support when needed.
- Review client meeting packs, ensure they are accurate and can be presented to clients in a client friendly manner.
- Work closely with the administrative support team ensuring they are completing client tasks within the correct timescales and to the professional standards required.
- Provide management information and reports to management.
- Ensure you are acting within FCA and internal compliance guidelines. Constantly update your knowledge and awareness in this area.
This role would suit a diploma qualified Paraplanner who is highly analytical and enjoys finding solutions to complex situations.
