An award-winning London based Wealth Management Company are looking to expand their Wealth Management Support team with the recruitment of two further candidates. This is an exciting time to join the company as they have strong investment plans to significantly grow the company through the remainder of 2023 & into 2024. The company currently employ in the region of 70 members of staff, who operate on a hybrid basis from London offices. You will begin your role working as part of the Wealth Management Support team, who support Consultants with the management of client relationships and technical administration.
Specifics of the role will include –
- Research and produce client portfolio summaries & analysis.
- Prepare client meeting parks, meeting notes and action schedules.
- Process all new business ensuring company processes and procedures are adhered too.
- Maintain contact with clients, resolve queries, direct enquiries and manage the relationship in a professional manner.
- Process fund switches and update valuations, client details.
- Co-ordinate client reviews, ensuring consultants have the required information
- Help consultants with diary management and organise meetings.
- Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring best levels of client management are maintained.
- Attend client meetings when required and help build relationships.
- Have a desire to learn, develop and advance your technical knowledge and skills.
